Santana (サンタナ, Santana) is an ex-worker for Snakes who runs a karaoke cosplay bar in the streets of Shanghai while working with Hakko to assist other Borners and Unblooms to find refuge from Snake.
Appearance[]
He is usually seen wearing a pink Hawaiian shirt with brown khakis and plain brown sandals. When he is working in his bar, he wears black pants, a black bow tie, a long sleeve white button down t-shirt, and a red vest with dark colored shoes. In the past as an agent he wore the standard uniform of one.
Personality[]
He is relatively polite towards his guests that occupy his bar. Becoming protective for Hakko, especially when Minoru was asking Hakko a variety of questions, immediately harboring disdain for Minoru due to this. He harbors feelings for Hakko, though he feels he doesn't deserve any feelings in return due to their shared past. He is also a chivalrous pervert, unabashed in speaking of calling himself of wanting to be a perverted old man that owns a cosplay bar, when speaking to Yuri at a restaurant. As well as when Yuri offered him money to buy Hakko something nice, he proudly says he would make her much happier in bed. Over time after bickering with each other on various occasions, he and Minoru come to terms with each other. He even makes a request that should something happen to him, for Minoru to take Hakko and "wake her up from this dream/nightmare". In the end, as he is dying, he and Hakko are able to let their feelings for each other known. He happily dies in her arms.

Hakko[]
Santana saved Hakko when her village was overrun and he develops feelings for her later on. He is rather protective of her that he is willing to enter into a physical altercation with Minoru Minorikawa for asking her too many questions. He assists Canaan, Minoru and Maria Osawa to revisit the destroyed hometown village and the factory where he confronts Liang Qi at the factory, but he is captured.
In Episode 10, Liang Qi manipulates Hakko into accidentally mortally wounding Santana with her deadly voice and he dies in her arms as she whispers her love to him.
In Episode 11, Hakko is naked in bed with Satana and she remains with him as the factory collapses on them.
